"A very nice hotel tucked away in the middle of Clervaux. Difficult to find the entrance to the car park underneath the property, and the short walk outside to the rooms could be a problem, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. The spa area is wonderful."
"The family who run this very sweet hotel are kind, accommodating, and offer most everything you could want. I felt safe and I loved the balcony off of my room where I got to watch the full moon. It was so easy to get to. All the bus/metro lines stop right in front or very close by - There are also city bike rentals you can get to bike all over Brussels and you can easily either get to the city center or to the most impressive forest. They also have a delicious restaurant so if you are hungry...

No key in the key box as it was described. We had to get key from restaurant staff in the hotel. We also couldn’t watch any TV as there was no remote in the room . "We absolutely loved this hotel.Modern and stylish room with large windows. The room was excellent - great size, big bathroom with bright lighting, very clean and comfortable beds . Big plus was large balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely helpful. Would come back any time we’re in Brussels.

"Lovely hotel and fantastic staff. Very easy to get to from Zuid/Midi station. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms with access to very good facilities. We didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that but it looked like they had a good selection at breakfast. If you like shopping, there’s plenty of high end shops nearby and easy access to public transport. One small complaint is that the room doors slam shut which can be annoying, especially at night. This isn’t great for people who have sensory issues around noise etc. Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel and we will definitely stay there again!"
