“非常沒有人性的階梯，使用大件行李非常不方便。沒有任何的協助，雖然地點不錯，但是進入大廳前許多階梯！ 停車場高度太低，van無法進入，必須停在1.6km遠的停車場，非常非常不方便！ 早餐非常簡單，乏善可陳。這是住過最差的4星級飯店”

“This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property.”

“The hotel is not near Avignon city, better driving there. The worse thing is that no lift in the three-floor building. One with heavy luggages better takes it into consideration. The other downside is that the bathroom is too small. If you come late, you'll have some difficulty in checking in because the front desk is closed. Even I informed the hotel of our being late, I didn't get any message from the hotel. We really feel upset as foreign travellers. However, we were lucky enough to meet……
