「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!」

「A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!」

「La habitación era muy bonita y estaba todo muy limpio. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos caminando desde la estación pero el camino es agradable, está rodeada de tiendas. Llegas y te vas por tu cuenta, lo único que no nos agradó fue que solicitamos que no nos dieran servicio de limpieza pues dejamos cosas importantes dentro y aún así entraron. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bien, es agradable para pasar la noche」

「Logement très bien situé. Le glacier à côté est délicieux. La pâtisserie pour prendre le petit déjeuner est bonne, on a pris d'autres choses pour compléter car un croissant ce n'est pas assez 😅 La chambre est très bien équipée (frigo, tv, machine à café avec capsules, bouilloire, thé, biscuits, gel douche, bonnet de douche et savon main) Le lit est grand 160x200 je dirais. Il faudrait juste des rideaux occultants. Et apporter des bouchons d'oreilles car l'isolation de la porte et des murs...

「Een verzorgde schone ruime B&B gelegen op de eerste verdieping (zonder lift) in het oude stadscentrum aan de winkelstraat. Op de beganegrond om de hoek kan je gebruikmaken van het ontbijt bij het zelfgenaamde café. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst! Helaas tijdens mijn verblijf werkte de regendouche niet optimaal. 」

「Staff was helpful & our room was good ( except beds were soft & we like harder ones). Property is in center area with no parking on site but close if you can find a spot or they have a garage about four minute walk. Parking is not convenient if you have a lot of luggage. Our room was clean & had a good view of the towt」
