"The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the Zócalo, which makes sightseeing extremely convenient. The breakfast is quite good, with decent quality and variety, although the selection stays the same every day, so it can feel a bit repetitive after a while.
The hotel provides complimentary bottled water and apples, which is a thoughtful touch. Sometimes when I felt a bit hungry, grabbing an apple was really nice.
The staff are friendly and helpful overall.
One downside is the noise outside. Because the hotel is so close to the main square, it can be quite noisy, especially during the day and late evenings.
Overall, a very convenient stay with good service, but light sleepers should be aware of the street noise."
"Amazing beautiful historical hotel on the Zocalo. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great buffet breakfast. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Superb view of the cathedral & the square from the upstairs restaurant."
