“Clean, friendly staff, quiet neighborhood ”

“The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody……

“Appartement dans un secteur tranquille avec stationnement gratuit. Épiceries à proximités pour ceux possédant une voiture. Petit inconvénient pour ceux qui n’en possède pas, le Check-in et le Check-out s’effectue à l’hôtel qui est à 10 minutes de voitures. De plus, l’appartement possède un minimum de fourniture de cuisine, et aucune réponse du propriétaire lorsqu’on lui a posé quelques questions à ce sujet.”

“The staffs are good and helpful. The lication is fine, though not very close to the railway station nor the bus station but acceptable. The food is good and the room is nice. But the room is small and the view is not value for the expensive hotel charge! I expect a much bigger room with great view. The service is good. If money is not a concern for you, I recomment it.”

“Booked it last second. I got the check in information right away and got in a couple hours later. Super spacious with two big bedrooms is hard to beat. Right next to the railway cog that takes you up the mountain which is so cool! And you can hear the stream from inside. Great deck too. Grateful for my stay!”

“Do un punteggio basso in quanto la flessibilita è stata pari a zero. Avevo chiesto a Hotels.com di cancellare senza penale visto che sono un cliente assiduo e nessuno dell hotel ha risposto alla loro chiamata. Inoltre avevo scelto di pagare la seconda camera in struttura perche era per un altra persona e al mattino mi avevano gia addebitato anche la 2a camera nella mia carta. La struttura è discreta, colazione buona.”

“The place is easy to find and the room is clean and sweat. Including great view breakfast. We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. The kids are so happy staying at this place. ”
