“Der Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen! Erst waren wir skeptisch ob der fehlenden Rezeption, aber das hat sich schnell gelegt. Einen Link zu einer Website, über die wir die Haustür und unsere Zimmertür öffnen können, wurde uns allerdings erst nach 15 Uhr zugesandt. Das Hotel scheint ziemlich neu zu sein. Das Zimmer war in einem makellosen Zustand und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr nützlich war auch die Kliamanlage, die bei fast 40° Außentemperatur eine wahre Wohltat war. Das Frühstück……

“Un petit wk passé dans cet hôtel très bien placé à 10mn de la gare , à proximité du centre ville . Franchement n’étant pas véhiculé c’était le top. Un buffet proposé avec le nécessaire mais bon vu le prix ils auraient pu proposé bcp plus de choix. On a bien dormi malgré la proximité de la route on a rien entendu de l’extérieur. Le seul point négatif dès que nous atteignons le couloir des chambres il y avait une odeur inconfortable ( j’ignore si c’était la moquette). Accueil très professionnel.”

“Het Mercure hotel ligt heel gunstig. Fijn om per auto aan te rijden, maar binnen 5 minuten is de het centrum lopend te bereiken. Prachtig gelegen aan de oever van de Loire, waar je fijn kunt wandelen/hardlopen. Parkeren op eigen terrein tegen kleine vergoeding. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers, Engels en Frans sprekend. Mooie kamer, mooie lobby en luxe uitstraling. Gezellig terras met zwembad. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Top verblijf. Voor ons voor 1 nacht om daarna weer verder te reizen. En……

“A wonderful place to say. Very clean very spacious and bright in a lovely setting. The staff is wonderful. You can walk to the center of Orleans in about 10 to 12 minutes. This is the ideal place to stay when you’re in Orleans. Very highly recommended.”

“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The transportation was very convenient, including trams and trains. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong. Our friend's twin-bed room did not have any A/C! That……

“Orléans was a great city with so much going on. The location of this hotel was perfect, walkable, quiet, with convenient public parking across the street. The room was great, a loft style which was perfect for my family of five. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered advice on where to go, had city maps, and answered all of our questions. I had read some reviews that the staff were rude. I think they misspelled ‘don’t necessarily speak English.’ That was not our experience at all.……
