“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”

“The boss of homestay is warmhearted and helping. They exchanged money, order all kinds of tickets and gave good suggestions. Plus, we left our passports in our room after check out, they delivered them from Hoi An to Da Nang free of charge.”

“家庭式旅館，主人家very nice 地理位置優越，古鎮、市集、夜市都好近 但旁邊應該係卡拉ok, 會有人唱歌唱到夜晚10點，還好我夜瞓所以冇太大影響 房間除左有幾隻螞蟻仔外整體都唔錯”

“飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！”

“From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. ”

“The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from the old town but far enough that you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are lots of very good dining options within a few minutes walk and also several mini marts if you need groceries or breakfast supplies. The kitchen is well equipped and the combination washer/dryer works well and is much appreciated. There is no reception but the staff is easily and quickly reached by WhatsApp. Only slight downside is a bit of noise as……

“The main lobby, pool, and room were all clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great and completely walkable for old town Hoi An. Breakfast options were delicious but portions were small for the price. Huge coffee bar had many choices and everything we tried was delicious and perfectly prepared.”
