「AC isn't strong in my room. It takes a day to reach the set temperature. Definitely needs improvement. Rest was excellent.」

「We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. The pool was brilliant and we enjoyed it very much. The Jungle cafe staff work hard, but could know more about certain drinks so that they can give a better explanation. We...

「Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.」

「We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.」

「yes we had a pleasant week all around .staff were pleasant and were always around to help. breakfast was decent ( there was a gas shortage ) so we were understanding of the fact. property is dated but maintenance is still visibly seen all around. it must have beenn a 5 star i"m sure at inception.」
