“The rooms that was reserved was not given to us correctly the Junior suits had no view as requested and paid. No English speaking front desk. The service was very slow and almost nonexistent. The pool bar opened very late. The beach is beautiful wish the service would have been better. ”

“We had been traveling Baja staying at nice and much more expensive places. This was a much more modest but perfectly comfortable. We found the staff here to be the most helpful and courteous of anywhere we stayed. ”

“Room was beautiful and very comfy bed. We had a corner room that was over the main plaza. Snacks on roof bar area were delicious. They seemed very short staffed. If you are a light sleeper and there on weekend ask for room in the back. The weekend is packed with activities on the Plaza. If you like watching from your balcony you will love it. ”

“La propiedad , servicio y las condiciones de hospedaje muy buenas. Excepto el ruido de las campanas de la iglesia frente al hospedaje, las cuales suenan cada 20 minutos, simplemente no puedes dormir por las noches debido al tormento contínuo del campaneo programado ñas 24 hrs del día y a solo 15 mts de la habitacion. Ojalá puedan detener ese ruido que lo único que hace es dañar los esfuerzos de los prestadores de servicios. La cd y alrededores muy bonitos, seguros y tranquilos. El anfitrión……

“Nice comfortable room. Excellent staff. Very accomodating. One downfall was that there were no chairs in the room and the ones outside were not comfortable. The breakfasts were good and the ladies would make whatever ki d of eggs you would like. The orange juice was not very good. We had very nice orange juice elsewhere. Overall I would recommend this hotel.”

Also, would also recommend Vics around the corner (also owned by the family) for great Margaritas and fun bartenders and guests! Will definitely come back next time we're in Loreto.”

“The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the marina to meet our captains. There were 6 adult males in our group and I was a little concerned about whether the place would be big enough, but it met our needs perfectly. It could use more comfortable seating and I had to get new batteries to get the electronic lock to work, but otherwise we were totally happy.”

“Upon arrival, use of bathroom resulted in no water due to failure of toilet to refill. When we returned after 5 day kayak trip, unable to shower due to problem with pump. The owner said we did not have to pay, but there is no means to request a refund at that point. Also, upon opening back doors, the foam strips which provided some seal came loose and were difficult to replace, leaving openings for insects to enter.”
