"Room size was standard for Japan, though I expected it to be bigger given the location. No bottled water provided, but there was a water pitcher and a refill station. Check-in and luggage storage were fully automated and very easy to use."

A convenient location, 5min (cab)from JR Wakayama, half a block from the main street where all Izakaya, restaurants, bakery and convenience stores are. Walking distance from JR Wakayama. Friendly staffs on site!"
