"We spent a total of six nights at this hotel—one night initially, followed by another five nights a week later. We stayed in two different Panorama rooms on the sixth floor. Everything was very good except for the air conditioning, as both rooms were uncomfortably warm. We reported the issue to the staff several times, but it appeared that the air-conditioning system on that floor was not functioning properly."

"Great location with easy access to the WestBanHof and the Underground. We also walked into the city centre (2.3Km) and to Schloss Schonbrunn (2km) The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and provided good information about the hotel and Vienna City itself. Breakfast buffet was good value with a good range of choices."

"We were told to try the pizza by the staff but when we went on our first night at 9pm, we were asked if we had a reservation and when we said no (obviously), the server told us, “I don’t have room for dinner”. We found out the next day that we could have taken it back to our room. Just disappointed in the lack of communication from the server. So if you want to try the pizza make sure you make a reservation."
