1 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an open floor plan. Available pullout couch for added 2 guests. Beautiful hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Conveniently located in the Grand Landings condo complexes. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Within and surrounding the immediate complex you will find a coffee shop (Biggby franchise), Temptations ice cream, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Rykes Bakery, and a new gastropub called The Paisley Pig.

You won’t be disappointed
We stayed for 3 nights in this spacious condo. It couldn’t be any cleaner and the location is wonderful. Close to several restaurants and fast food places. My favorite part was that the downtown area was only a 15 minute walk from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property. The only downside for us was the size of the bed and the mattress pad. The padding wasnt the most comfortable and we wished the bed was larger. Otherwise the property was wonderful. I loved the kitchen snd livinf area, the bathrooms and the porch. Great location as well.

This place was just as it was described and pictured. It's about a 15 minute walk from downtown, but close enough.

2 night stay was ok
Clean and good size condo for 2 adults. Except the room with laundry was dirty with lint and debris on the floor. Otherwise the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath were clean. It was quiet which was good. There was no cable tv, which was in the listing. This was a major disappointment for us and our only real complaint. Also the parking lot was closed for repaving which is not the owners fault but I wish we had been notified in advance by the owner. It was difficult finding the building and parking as all the spaces seemed to be taken by others and those at shops and restaurants. The lot did reopen the 2nd night. If the unit had cable tv, I’d book it in the future if I was ever back in Michigan but I think the listing should be updated to accurately reflect it only has Roku.

Walking distance anywhere you need to go
This was a great place to stay! The bedroom was huge which was awesome because we had a travel crib with us. The area was nice and quiet. We walked to the river and social district every morning. A little longer walk and we were to Lake Michigan.
