"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. Transport links are also very good with trams on the doorstep and bus/train stations within a five minute walk. All in all an excellent hotel and stay. Mark room 14 "

"Very close to everything all walkable.Underground parking convenient.Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were a little small, not much storage, especially for 2 large suitcases, which had to stay on floor and we had to walk over them to get to door.
