The staff is nice and courteous;however the guest room on the first floor smells like septic tank very bad,after turning on the air conditioner,the smell became a little bit fine,but still unbearable,not enough cabins or sofa in the room also,won’t recommend.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, shower was good. The couch & chair upholstery had several stained spots. We'd stayed twice before at this location last year. It used to be a fantastic place to stay. Super great breakfast menu. Now some days the sausage looked like they were leftovers. Several days we had to clean a table to sit at. Not enough staff to oversee area. Trash not emptied daily. Food straps left in elevator over 24 hrs. We won't be staying there again.

Property was okay but nothing special. I believe it used to be a chain hotel that has been acquired and remodeled and reopened. The remodel/update looks to have been minimal at best. Lots of visible signs of wear and tear. It was not terrible, filthy or uncomfortable but just needs lots of attention to make it a place that you want to visit again on your next trip to the area.

Our room wasn’t quite as described on the website. The bathtub didn’t hold water even with the plug in. The bathroom sink was also cracked. When we checked in we were told that we had to pay a $75 deposit that we weren’t aware of when booking. We also did not get our deposit back like we were told. We stayed here in a pinch and only needed to stay one night. Not sure that I would book again.

The staff was excellent and the room was mostly good. There was a box of the previoys guest left under the bed that got missed. The breakfast was ok. Was a little disappointed because i chose place based on an excellent review on the breakfast.

Room was not clean, there was food and grime on the desk, front of mini fridge and night stand. Sink and toilet in bathroom had not been cleaned. We went to Dollar Tree and bought clorox spray and wipes to wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. However, the beds were changed, clean and nicely made. We had come to go swim in the pool and it would have been nice to know before booking this hotel, that the pool was closed until further notice. It was a bit of a surprise and disappointment to learn this when we went to use the pool that evening. It even would have helped if they had informed us about the pool being closed when we checked in. The staff when checking in and out were very nice and friendly, just not informative.

The pool was closed and it was the reason we chose the property. The website did not mention the pool was down. We could have stayed at less expensive property if we did not want to have a pool. We ended our stay early due to this.

This property is shut down permanently. They are still accepting reservations and the business does not exist. We showed up after driving 12 hours and the parking lot had weeds grown over and the whole place was locked down. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel is permanently closed! It closed over 3 months ago!!! We were never notified of this, we showed up for our reservation only to find it closed and abandoned. This is unacceptable from anyone but ever more so from a large chain hotel company!!!

Hotel is closed but still taking reservations

Had a confirmed reservation. Showed up day of my stay to a closed hotel - lights are off, doors are locked, not a car in the parking lot. Tried calling the hotel, no answer. Called corporate, they confirmed my resetvation but were equally confused that the hotel was closed. Had to find alternative arrangements at a different hotel down the road last minute. Clerk at the other hotel says its been closed for three months. No one from either Hotels.com or Best Western had reached out to inform me of this. I had to find out by driving 5 hours to a closed facility.

Didn’t get to stay, called me less than an hour before stay and said a water main burst. Asked attendant if she had to call about any other cancellations, to which she responded no. So some how only my room was affected by “water damage”
