Great location and fantastic host! Doug was very welcoming from the start and was quick to offer the use of the paddleboards and offer suggestions for in town dining. My friend and I will definitely be back!

I absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was really really nice. We were going to the KEE to Bala and it was 5-minute walk. Couldn't have been more perfect. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again

Staff friendly and welcoming. The environment was very chill and relaxing. Rooms are updated and well appointed with modern fixtures while maintaining it's charm and history. I would highly recommend.

The Cranberry Moon Inn is the perfect place to stay in Bala. Our room was clean and comfortable providing a great space to wind down after our adventures. The main spaces are cozy and we loved coming back to the hot tub after taking the kayak/paddle boards out. Kim and Doug are lovely people who put a lot of effort into Inn. Thank you!!

Kim and Doug were very easy going, almost like family to us. Their home is absolutely gorgeous and the front deck overlooking the Muskoka River was very serene. We will definitely go back soon. We highly recommend this B&B.

Our stay was amazing for a weekend getaway. The property is perfectly located to enjoy all Bala has to offer. The inn is lovely, beautifully decorated and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Having a fridge in your room is a nice addition. Kim and Doug are great hosts, we really enjoyed our porch chats. Thanks for a great visit.

Enjoyable stay. Kim and Doug had many suggestions for things to see and do in the area. We did alot of hiking so were interested in hiking trails. Room was nice, room clean.Plan on returning soon.

The property is a masterfully redone 1906 classic right across from the Moon River with gorgeous gardens and a great covered porch where the scenery is amazing. It is a perfect location because you can easily walk to everything in town and to The Kee for concerts. Room was spacious, bed was comfy. The AC kept us cool. The breakfast had excellent coffee and fresh fruit and other stuff. We had a blast using the kayaks, SUPs, and the BBQ, and the sunset views right there are stunning. I can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay at Cranberry Moon Inn. The inn was located in walking distance to all the attractions in Bala. The breakfast was plentiful & the hosts were very attentive to our needs.
We will definitely stay here again & I highly recommend booking here.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, Kim and Doug weren’t expecting us so we had to wander around to find them. They were quite apologetic and accommodating after.
We were able to use the dock across from the property as well as the standup paddle boards.
The place is a quick walk to The Kee to Bala. The place is currently under renovation but the room and bathroom was new and beautiful.

There were a few fresh breakfast items for a light breakfast. It was great speaking to the owners as they were very friendly and offered area tips for restaurants etc.
