Good heritage property. the manager and Reception staff have been nice,accommodating. Fantastic service. the room service +Restaurant person did exceptional hospitality, make you feel at home. the hotel location is good , but you have to call their car everytime you want to go to mall road and back ...

Ellbee Hotel, Mussoorie offers a perfect blend of comfort and stunning views. The rooms are well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was delicious with hot breakfast and high tea was pleasant experience engaging with other travelers. Great location of mall road - gem hotel.

Great staff, very courteous and helpful. Loved the breakfast and high tea. It felt like a family get together. The property is obviously old and the management keeps updating. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Views are amazing.
