「If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise.」

「A TV não funcionava, a funcionária que fez o check-in foi totalmente desatenta com o atendimento ao cliente, e o café da manhã tinha poucas opções. As tomadas também não funcionavam.」

「Hotel muito bom com quartos grandes. Fomos super bem recebidos na recepção e o hotel teve muito cuidado com a gente. O unico problema foi o endereço que esta errado aqui no site.」

「Experiência péssima. O hotel fica em uma área perigosa, o que nos deixou muito inseguros. O chuveiro praticamente não funcionava, a água mal saía e ainda era fria. O quarto estava sujo, com paredes mofadas e cheiro desagradável. Nunca fiquei em um lugar tão ruim. Não recomendo de forma alguma.」

「They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.」

「The Art House Hotel is a nice place to stay when visiting Luanda. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but fine and ensure you get your orders in early for an amazing dinner. Although a hotel, the dining area is set up more communally as it is one big square table so you can meet and chat with other guests. Rooms were clean and beds firm yet comfortable.」

「The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. 」
