「The staff were so warm and accomodating, both in the receiving and restaurant! We love the delicious and huge servings of food! Our kids had a grand time! The view was fantastic and it’s just a few minutes walk to the city street filled great stores! PLUS, I accidentally left my belt bag with my wallet in it outside and the staff was able to return it to our room! We couldn’t thank then enough! 「Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...
