「I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty.
Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..
I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money.
I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

「Front end receptionist was very nice and friendly, she was very helpful and attentive . Carpets in the hallway was very filthy , rooms were clean , mattresses very uncomfortable , washrooms need a deep cleaning, dirty in many areas . 」

「Good room. Excellent staff. Good view of the waterfall, though not very close. However nice view of the water flowing in front of the resort. Good breakfast spread as well as ala carte options for lunch and dinner. On the whole a very pleasant and refreshing stay.」
