Superbe vue, MAIS séjour catastrophique :- Pas de connexion internet, alors même que j’avais obtenu confirmation avant réservation (télétravail impossible).- Aucun balai ni matériel de nettoyage disponible.- Lumière de la salle de bain principale HS (préparation dans le noir).- Lumière extérieure HS.- Draps sales avec des taches douteuses.- Coupure d’eau totale les deux derniers jours : toilettes inutilisables, vaisselle et douche impossibles une galère totale !Le plus grave :- Aucune intervention ni solution apportée.- SmartBNB informé dès le premier jour.Puis silence complet pendant tout le séjour, malgré mes relances et celles d’Abritel par téléphone, mail et WhatsApp (messages pourtant lus).Je déconseille fortement de réserver ce bien si vous voulez profiter sereinement de vos vacances.SmartBNB est à fuir : absence totale de service client, aucun dédommagement proposé malgré le prix élevé de la villa. Une honte.
