Wonderful stay, but with room for improvement

The hotel is wonderful, but there are two points that could be improved. Breakfast, being à la carte, takes quite a long time. I ordered an omelet that did not arrive hot, and the poached egg was also served cold. Another issue was the bathroom drain, which did not allow the water to flow properly and ended up flooding part of the room.

Truly the best hotel I’ve ever experienced

I honestly couldn’t give a better recommendation for a hotel in Mykonos. The staff makes the difference here. They truly take making your vacation perfect. We had a 2 am urge for snacks. The staff helped us with a delivery order just to make sure we were comfortable. I could give many more examples of personalised help. But just know they take your personal happiness very seriously. This is all in addition to a truly unique and amazing hotel, restaurant and pool. Oh, and the Spa is just to die for. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in the island

While we encountered a few issues at the start of our stay, we were very impressed by how professionally and graciously the hotel staff handled everything. The management went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, ultimately upgrading us to one of their highest-quality rooms—which was beautiful, spotless, and exactly what we hoped for. Their responsiveness and hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests. The property itself is stunning, with modern design, peaceful surroundings, and a relaxing vibe throughout. The staff were kind and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. Thank you to the Asty team for turning things around and making our short stay in Mykonos so memorable. We would absolutely return!

Great hotel, staff were extremely helpful. Clean, modern rooms, with great breakfast. Would definitely stay again! 10 minute walk to town/Little Venice, but note this involves a hill which may be difficult if you’re older.

Where to start, this hotel is fabulous. We just spent three nights there and didn’t realize we were catching the end of tourist season. The hotel was closing October 31st. The hotel helped arrange a pick up at the port (30 Euro paid to the driver) and he was there waiting with a sign. The hotel upgraded us upon arrival ( probably due to end of season) but we took it! The room was fantastic. The hotel is only two years old and had everything. The outdoor balcony even had a jetted tub. Breakfast was included and delicious. Know that you can order anything you’d like and not just one. That may change in high season if they have a buffet. The outdoor area was stunning! What a view. Lots of places to get shade and read or have a drink. The pool is beautiful (not heated) and has a great sunset view. Staff, even after a long season were great. They arranged a car rental for us for the day and the company picked us up at the hotel. The only downfall, is location, for some. We enjoyed the 10-12 minute walk to the village but know the direct route is a very very steep hill and not meant for everyone. If that you you’re spending $30 EUR every time for a cab and consider renting a car. Overall this was a beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and a great tranquil vibe away from the touristy port area, especially when the cruise ships are in port. Thank you Asty!

Das Hotel hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, und das Personal war stets sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ein Nachteil ist allerdings die Lage des Hotels. Dieses befindet sich in einer sehr gut befahrenen Hauptstraße, wo sich die Verkehrsgeräusche leider nicht vermeiden lassen und diese auch auf Balkon und Terrasse gut zu hören waren. Die Altstadt von Mykonos ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Man ist relativ schnell im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Poollandschaft des Hotels ist wirklich ausgesprochen hübsch und stylisch. Es läuft den Tag über ansprechende Loungemusik, was uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Getränkepreise sind etwas hochpreisiger, dessen sollte man sich auf Mykonos auch im allgemeinen bewusst sein. Trotz allem hatten alle Mitarbeiter unsere Wünsche immer erfüllen können. Frühstück gibt es in diesem Hotel nur à la carte… dieses dann auch in außergewöhnlicher Auswahl. D.h. wer hier Aufschnitt und Brot erwartet wird es auf der Speisekarte vergeblich suchen. Fahr zu unserem Urlaub auf Mykonos im Astihotel. Wir hatten einen tollen und erholsamen Aufenthalt, so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben.
