Nous avions fait une erreur sur la date de réservation. Nous avons communiqué avec Expédia et l’établissement pour se faire rembourser cette réservation et notre but était de réserver une autre date, mais ils n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser. Pourtant ce n’était que quelques heures après la réservation. Donc en résumé, fini pour nous Expédia

We booked and paid up-front for an executive suite but on arrival (see other reviews about difficulty with check-in) we were given a windowless room with no wifi (we had to go outside onto the driveway to get wifi reception). The towels were grey and the pillows incredibly solid. There is also a grumpy German Shepherd on the property which scared my kids. Not everyone likes dogs! Only after I approached Maroulina (the manager) did she admit that she didn't have any executive suites available. We spent our first two nights in the windowless room during a heatwave with two small children. This room does not appear in any of the photos on the listing. The last night we were able to move to the executive suite (a window in each room and a balcony) but were kept awake by the roosters outside who started at 3am! Wotif are pursuing a refund for the first two nights spent in the basement room but have not been able to get a response from the property manager in 3 weeks. Overbooking/overcharging customers is unethical and is surely illegal in Greece. This property should not be allowed to do buisness via Wotif until they can demonstrate that they have improved their management practices. Being treated in this way really coloured our experience of Mykonos and we won't be returning in a hurry. Had we been given the room we paid for, we would have had a lovely stay as we had reasonable expectations of the location and quality of the accommodation. Do not stay here.

Très déçu, la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle sur les photos, une cuisine sale (pas sur qu'elle est été nettoyer d'une réservation à une autre), un lit bancale et des draps qui ne sont pas propre avec des poils un peu partout. Pas d'accueil, pas de réponse aux nombreux mail laissés et il y a fallu attendre 20 minutes pour que quelqu'un puisse venir nous accueillir.

I did not receive check-in instructions in my email and it was difficult to contact the host when we arrived (the phone number on expedia is incorrect). the room is fine, nothing special, wifi is slow, but you’re walkable to downtown.

La dueña aparecio cuando hacía 45 minutos que estaba allí.Los apartamentos lindan con la granja de ocas,gallos y gallinas que tiene la familia y a las 4 de la mañana empiezan a cacarear. dDebajo de las camas habia envolturas de plastico del cliente anterior.Habia bichos bola muertos y vivos en uno de los armarios y en la ducha.La mesa de fuera sucia.No hay equipacion para tenerlo algo limpio.El aire acondicionado no funciona.No cogen el telefono cuando les llamas.No atienden al cliente.Vustas solo en las planta segunda del edificio principal.No vayan!!!

Séjour de 5 nuits , très belle terrasse, vu sur mer splendide. Centre ville de Mykonos à 6-7 min à pied . L’hôte est très gentille. Seul bémol , pas beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine , ( juste 2 casseroles , bouilloire , assiettes , couvert , verres )

Decent stay but there are areas to be improved

Good points: The studio is big enough and has everything you need. There are beautiful views over Mykonos town (you do need to climb a bit). Host was friendly and responsive, fast check in. Reasonable price for Mykonos. Negative points: wifi barely works, the cutlery was not clean, a lot of ice in the fridge (though that didn’t stop us from using it)

Camera a misura e comoda per due persone, il terrazzo con vista panoramica spettacolare sul porto vecchio e in parte sul centro di Mykonos. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole.

Excelente habitación, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario, la encargada disponible a altas horas de la noche y atenta a pesar de que no tuve señal para poder avisarle que llegaría tarde por problemas con el vuelo. Creo que lo único malo sería la señal del internet, era muy mala o casi inexistente, tenia que sentarme en la cerca del baño para que funcionara, pero como tenía sim de datos europeos lo pude compensar.

It was not a terrible stay it just needs a little more TLC. The towels were not in good condition, the mattress and pillows were not comfy(the reviews i read were accurate). Also it can get quite noisy with the chickens in the mornings. Location is not as bad as the reviews had stated,however complicated for taxis to get to and it can be a climb up. I only walked it once after that I paid taxis and asked to be taken all the way to the location and they did. There is no front desk but once i found maroulina everything went smooth and the communication was always available.

I booked and paid for this property over 3 months before my trip. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of check in, Expedia informed me that the hotel cancelled my reservation. As it was high season, there was no availability within a reasonable price range. I was traveling with children and this caused considerable stress during our holiday. When I reached out to the hotel, I was told that they advised Expedia of the "relocation" a week before my check in (still unacceptable). The only comparable hotel was located on the Island of Tinos (Tinos Resort Hotel - thanks. Expedia, as it was an EXCELLENT stay). We ultimately took a day trip into Mykonos from Tinos. I highy recommend this alternative.

Bon séjour, appartement bien situé, manque d’équipement (chaise, vaisselle, micronde, balais…), bonne communication avec le propriétaire, je recommande pour un séjour à mykonos.
