Lovely place to stay. Really clean in rooms and areas around the hotel. The staff take pride in their work and the service and friendliness of everyone made our stay. The food is good for breakfast and made freshly. Cleaning staff do an amazing job and the staff at the pool made our stay. Highly recommend!

Poor nights sleep - very noisy - thin walls. Charged twice on card and nearly three weeks to get refunded. Party at the pool so couldn’t use pool - informed on check-in that could use pool if wanted but someone was doing a theme party at pool and just them there. The experience just wasn’t near as good as the other places we had been the two weeks prior. The main issue was the price point - very expensive for what it was. Over 300 pounds/350 euro to not be able to sleep properly is appalling. Positives: Friendly staff. 10-15 minute walk from mykonos town. Breakfast was nice. Second charge eventually resolved. Room was clean

Perfect hotel

Absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room, it felt like a private little villa. The pool area was stunning and the breakfast was perfect. The added bonus of the hotel was the staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mykonos and would love to come back!

Everything was just so seamless and perfect. Staff were always happy to help with any inquiries we had. The location is perfect - close enough for a short walk to everything happening in the old town while just far enough away to escape the noise. The view is spectacular and the rooms are perfection!

Well located, about 10-15 minutes walk from the town. Our room was great. Awesome sea view from the balcony, with a hot tub we sat in every night to watch the sunset. Very nice breakfast included every morning. Just a quiet, chilled place to spend your holiday.

The staff are fantastic - they are so attentive and friendly. They also managed to sort out quad bikes for us for a day and provided us with a map with good points to go and explore. The view from our room was incredible - we watched the sunset every night.

Amazing hotel & staff

We stayed at the Ostraco Suites for a family trip to Mykonos & it was perfect in every way. The rooms were lovely, comfortable & spacious and the kids loved the hot tub on the terrace area. Even though we travelled in peak season - there was always plenty of space around the pool so no fighting for sunbeds here, no matter what time of day. Breakfast served by the pool was a good selection of fresh local produce. The hotel is very chilled out whilst only a 15min walk from the old town. One of the best things about this property is the staff and the service! Every member of the team we came across were super friendly and helpful - they made our stay a 5* experience. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

The BEST hotel in Mykonos

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is, 10/10. This trip was my second time with my friends to Ostraco Suites and it was perfect. The staff are the MOST professional, friendly and warm I have ever met at a hotel. Special mention to Sofia for remembering us following our last trip, making us feel at home, no request too much to ask, genuinely kind and helpful. Tina on reception for her warmth in welcoming us back. Maria in the restaurant. Alfonso who did all our pick up and drop offs, waited at airports/ferries on time and with a smile - happy to help us with our luggage and was an utter professional in all respects. Management of Ostraco you should be beyond proud of the team you have. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Hot tub on the private outdoor space. The pool side is relaxing with wonderful bar and restaurant services. We spent our last day, after checking out relaxing and enjoying our last lunch. The shower facilities with products and fresh towels meant we could be fresh for our return fligh to the UK. The hotel is 10 mins walk into the town and is in a perfect location for that reason. Buses from the town taking you to all local beaches. Sofia, Tina, Maria, Alfonso and team - We will be back again to our Mykonos home. Thank you for making our trip wonderful

We stayed 5 nights. Our balcony jacuzzi tub was not working properly when we arrived. They upgraded us to a better/bigger room that was so nice for the first 4 nights and then we switched back to our room the last night ONLY because it was booked for that that. If not we would have been able to stay. Super accommodating staff and are always eager and ready to help you resolve any issues. Loved this place and the people, plus location is unbeatable. 10 min walk from Mykonos town and 5-10 min drive from major activities. Would stay again and again.
