Feel like home away from home
Location was ideal because it was close to everything without being on top of everyone else. Property manager was very quick at responding to any questions that I had prior to our trip and also during. The only partial mishap that we had is when we got to the apartment we were missing the pool fob ...

First Floor Updated Coastal Summer Retreat at Magnolia Place - Pool View
We love Magnolia Place. This is the 2nd time we've rented from Derrick and have enjoyed both units. We particularly like being on the ground floor. We're 73.
