The setting is great, being direct oceanfront and far enough away from the busier downtown area. Having a kitchen area was an added bonus. It was also helpful to have the free parking garage across the street. However, the building could use a facelift- it's a little tired looking, perhaps from so much use. The lazy river was very small and disappointing. Allowing guests to bring their pets was sometimes a nuisance, because of barking dogs. I was fine with housekeeping not being included during our stay, but it would have been nice to have a place to put trash instead of outside our door in the hallway. The same goes for the dirty towels. And unfortunately if we needed pool towels, we had to get them at the front desk which was often busy with check-ins, so we had to wait. The unit was fairly clean, but our floor was really dirty which we didn't realize because the color of the flooring is dark, and when we started walking around in bare feet, the bottoms of our feet got black.

The good: Allowed for early check in. Good views. Friendly staff. Pools and hot tubs were good The bad: Silverware was dirty. water pressure was weak. Beds were hard. Overall did the job and was bug free.

Just fewnhours before check Innyou will be notified of the details..which is normal.. Best part of the stay is 1. CheckIn process is easy and fast. 2. Rooms were clean and neat. We didnt find Hair drywr but upon calling front desk they provided it immediately. 3. Had enough supply of Soaps and towels.. 4. Property is 1.1 mile away from Broadwalk walk or Sky wheel.. Its walkable.. On Sat the road get closed so u cant take car anyways... 5. Free parkieright opposite to the Accommodation.. Its a covered parking but narrow way.. So careful with Big trucks.. Has a clearance of 6.6 feet or 6.8 ft.. Dont recollect. 6. U got another exit from parking that could be used to avoid the traffic on main road.. Especially on Saturday.. 7. Got Ice machines and Coke machines every alternative floors.. 8. Lot of swimming pool options if u cant goto beech.. We didnt use thought but it plenty. 9.Walkable to the beech.. Its right on the beech. Overall good location, good staff. Definitely will recommend for families..

We loved our stay at Patricia Grande. Room was clean and ready early. Amenities were great. Starbucks and restaurant on site were terrific. Everything you could need is right there. Definitely would stay again.

This room was awesome, it was clean, the TV was the size in the picture and the view was gorgeous. This room had a DVD player as well, we fell asleep to Boss Baby 2. My kids had a ball! We stayed Friday til Sunday, check on and out was easy!

Great place to relax. My granddaughter of 2 yrs had a great time in the pool. The DJ by the pool was great and made it fun for everyone. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Check in was a nightmare, there is no passcode needed as indicated on their emails so don't let that stress you out. When you check in you get a normal door lock card. My room was not ready by 4 as promised sadly and the front desk was really rude to me about it for some reason. The room was great! However the "full kitchen" isn't accurate in that there was one small saucepan for cooking thats it. Also no forks. Zero. Luckily there was indeed a coffee pot and toaster. I loved the balcony as it faced a bit south so it got all morning/afternoon sun while still having an ocean view.
