Beach

The hall very small for both rentals. The renters that came in Saturday night TV was loud almost all night.When we went to leave Sunday Morning I was making sure inside door was locked and you could hear very loud horrible language and anger the person was yelling. It makes me feel uncomfortable. Before this happened everything was outstanding, we loved it and the unit was perfect.Unit was large and close to Beach and the pool was excellent, close parking,Ect

One of our favorite family areas. Beautiful scenery. Short walk to beach. Close to all amenities while being away from the crowds. Plenty of room to relax after a day on tne beach. First floor very convenient for small kids and fur babies. Bathrooremodvery easy shower

Making the best of a bad situation

The property itself was adequate. You truly get what you pay for. Check in instructions were not very helpful and property management team left much to be desired. The best part of the amenities was leaving the property behind. Very basic accommodations in a questionable environment. Not for the feint of heart.

Lot of issues

Upon arrival, the condition of the unit was reprehensible due to lack of cleaning and maintenance to include infestation of insects. Appliances have exceed serviceable life expectancy. Almost to the point of personal injury. Renovations to the unit were substandard and unprofessionally completed. cooking utensils, um an but twere d them.

Not as advertised

Positives were pets were allowed with approval, unit was in first floor, manager was responsive and outdoors was pretty for the most part. Negatives were that I had to clean units as soon as arrived. Floors, countertops, appliances and bedding were dirty. Units were adjoining but so old and dated with stains on walls and toilets. Throw rugs had dog urine stains and had to be taken up. Bedding and towels were stained and nasty also had to be taken up. Beds were hard as bricks and lumpy. Foam for bed was stuffed under the bed on nasty floors. I have back issues and had to sleep on the sofa. When taking out cushions to clean when arrived there was food and stuff under them. The pool was small but clean. The unit was a long walking distance from unit not just steps. Beach is very sloping along this stretch which was not fun to be in. There was so much negative that it doesn’t outweigh any positive.
