Room is outdated and A/C did not work. When they finally fixed the A/C, then the heat stop working. Bed is very enclosed on both side and you have to slide to the foot of the bed to get out. Pool was not open and oceanview was looking at the pier. Hard to get in touch with staff after 4pm.

This was a terrible experience. The furniture was so filthy. We did not want to sit on it. Many things were not in working order simple things like lightbulbs and clocks not working. AC was a big one. It was hot in the room after many attempts of asking to get it fixed. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. There is no balcony.

The room was cold and the heat turned up didn't help. I was on my birthday vacation and wasn't happy. I cut my stay short. I was suppose to stay Feb 21 thru 28th. I checked out on the 26th, i should've left that Tuesday when my daughter left. Im not coming back to your hotel in the future. I hope you guy update your doors.

The room was in a great location. However, very dated. Laundry and pool were in different hotel buildings close by. If you sat on the edge of the bed, it flipped up. And also, the balcony was not big enough to stand on, just able to slode door open and look out. Staff was very pleasant though!!

Room was nasty paint peeling mold on the ceilings elevator was broke hot tub was broke bath tub wouldn’t hold water sink wouldn’t hold water and none of the air conditioners in the room worked there was a guy in the office why I was checking in and he was trying to sell me ammunition for fire arms right infront of the office lady the bed was hard and no blanket just two sheets

Room smelled as if someone smoked... My husband couldn't sleep due to the smell since he has emphisema. But we were going to be only one night so once we checked in, we went to a show and on our way back bought febreeze. We thought it could help but my hubby could still smell it during the night. Staff is nice! Need better signage, we couldn't find the office.

I gave an extra star just because of the staff. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb! However, the room itself was very outdated and in need of attention. The room needed a deep clean and some repairs. The bathroom was dripping rust from the door hinges onto the floor, shower knob didn’t work well making difficult to get temperature set. Refrigerator door handle was grimy. The door felt like it barely latched and didn’t seal. The place needs cleaned up, painted, repaired, and updated. Staff and location were the good points. I wouldn’t stay here again without a major renovation happening.
