The host of this property is amazing! We felt so welcomed and relaxed the entire stay. The vibe is cozy and made us feel right at home we didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back!

Location and Ownership Stellar

Could not imagine in Mystic that there is a more convenient location to town with a beautiful view and a well-designed and cared for cottage as the one that Anne Esposito owns and rents. We had a very enjoyable time, and the cottage environment is quiet and very comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Thank you, Anne, you'll see us again!

Picture Perfect!

Anne‘s place is clean, cozy, and convenient. She has provided everything you could possibly need for an idyllic stay in Mystic. The house is easy walking distance to the downtown area, the perfect location for exploration. I just can’t say enough about this lovely rental and Anne was the perfect hostess, giving me tons of helpful, information tomake the most of my stay.

The location was beautiful nestled in a small quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to town. The listing was exactly as described… no surprises! The hosts were wonderful and so inviting and helpful! I enjoyed my morning talk with Anne. We would definitely recommend!

Just lovely!

Ken and Anne’s cliff house was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Very cute, walkable to all the best parts of Mystic, and had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here in Mystic! Anne and Ken were very helpful with many local suggestions. Their guest house had everything you could need which made us feel right at home. Wonderful stay!

A beautiful spot, very convenient to everything in the area. The owners are extremely helpful and gracious, and the guesthouse is very comfortable. The cliff in back is amazing, it's a few minutes walk to downtown Mystic and there is parking on site. Highly recommend!!

Pleasant stay in Mystic

Cliffside Guesthouse is clean, quiet, comfortable, and lovely. Perfect location for walking through a scenic historic neighborhood, past delightful gardens, to downtown Mystic. Be sure to visit the Mystic Museum of Art; it is a gem.
