“The property manager lives next door, and was awesome with communication. Lots of local history and information in the house, super clean, plenty of essentials, and ease of use. Highly recommended!”

“This is a historic hotel in Centerville Iowa. It was very clean, had a desk area, and a small kitchen area. There was ample room to unpack clothes. The wifi worked great! There was a comfortable armchair in the room. During my stay, there were very few guests in the hotel. The floors squeak every time someone moves, and you can hear them from rooms away. The TV in my room had just been updated to a Roku TV, without any live/local or cable channel offerings, so I was not able to unwind……

“Hotels are scarce in this area, but this small town hotel was great! Large rooms, great water pressure. Bed a little lumpy, but i slept great. Adequate breakfast. I would definitely stay again. ”

“Wasn’t fond of the breakfast selection. They had taco meat and tortillas and potatoes….looked like there might have been eggs but pan was gone. Figured they were gonna refill but never did. Had some cereal but both bins had a sugary brand. The breakfast layout didn’t flow very well…had to search for different items. ”

“All was superb except the quality of the bed mattress, shower, and heat lamp. Rooms were limited on personal device charging wall ports. Super clean, quiet, convenient. ”

“The drive and parking area are filled with broken concrete and pot holes. Three storage containers were in the parking lot. I assume they were for a remodel because the interior was nice and clean. Breakfast offered a good variety. Pool was nice. ”
