  • Newly renovated "Dolphin Watch" is a 7 bedroom 4.5 bathroom oceanfront home in Dolphin Ridge subdivision. Newly renovated with all new furnishings. Pool and hot tub. Private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Sleeps 28

    There is a Master Suite with its own private hot tub and walk in shower.

    There are 4 King bedrooms, a double queen room, and two bunk rooms.

    Bedrooms have TV’s and Cable. Several smart TVs.

    Sitting area on top floor overlooking beach with board/card games for your use.

    We have a room dedicated for kids and adults. It has a dart board, ping pong table and a bar set w TV. A great place to play and watch the ball game.

    We have spent about a month working on this house and I have seen dolphins almost every day so the house is true to its name! Beautiful views and private beach area right in front of the house.
    We have other Vacation Homes in Emerald Isle and we also have Vacation Homes on Beautiful Lake Gaston in North Carolina. If you get tired of the salt water, check out the fresh water vacation in Lake Gaston!
    It has been fun renovating this house and it turned out beautifully! We look forward to you staying with us!

This was one of the best stocked houses I’ve ever stayed in! Had so many floats, chairs, pool toys. Room for everyone - spacious living and kitchen area. Pack n play and high chair along with baby gates. Really the listing didn’t even do it justice .

The home location, layout, and furnishings were wonderful! The view was incredible and the beach was definitely not crowded during our stay….it was a great location to walk to either the pier or the point, or both! The owner was very responsive and quick to remedy the minor issues. I also appreciated the gated community…it was a quiet neighborhood.

Multi generational family beach vacation

This is an excellent property for a large multigenerational family vacation. The two bunk rooms were perfect for the boy and girl cousins. The king rooms with their attached bathrooms were just right for moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas. Beach access, pool, hot tub and location close to shopping and attractions were big bonuses.

Amazing!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Tony’s house! It was so beautiful and the location was amazing. We had 14 total in the house with 6 kids all 6 years old or under and it was set up perfect. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We booked this beach house as a last minute family trip. It could not have been better! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Whenever I had a question the response from Tony was always quick. The beach chairs and beach toys were super nice to have there already so we only had to bring a few more. Everything was great, I’d highly recommend anyone to stay in this house if you have a big crowd!

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend and this home was the perfect place to hold our small wedding. Our wedding party stayed at the house with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host Tony was extremely nice and helpful to make this a great weekend for a special occasion for me and my husband. We loved this home and look forward to renting it again in the future!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The area is quiet and the beach was private and uncrowded. We had a group of 14 people including infants and the home offered more than enough space. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Thank you!

Amazing beach house and owner

We had an amazing time at this beach house. The pool, hot tub and amazing views where awesome! This has to be one of the best beach front houses at Emerald Isle! The owner Tony was the best! Any questions I had he was very quick to respond he also help us book some kayaking, jet skiing, and shark tooth island adventures. Tony was great. Possibly the best vacation we ever had at Emerald Isle!!
