「Tuvimos una grata estancia en el Hotel Casa de la Famiilia, las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas, linda decoración, es muy tranquilo y muy cerca de la plaza principal de San Cristobal. 「Staff, rooms, basics were all v good to excellent. There is an issue however with how Expedia describes room options. We were able to say in our reservation that we wanted two doubles and a single bed in our triple room. When we arrived, they put us in a room with two single beds. Discussion revealed that a room with two doubles and a single was NOT POSSIBLE, and staff indicated they were not agreeing with Expedia’s descriptions that suggested these options. 」
