walk distance to central world shopping mall and backstreet eateries，a little bit far to downtown and need taxi services. Good and close to Uni
Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2.
