Welcome to our Hughes Street 2 house located in the Washington Square Historical District of Nacogdoches! Near Downtown and Stephen F Austin University! Come and enjoy this charming home around one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the oldest town in Texas. Large private back yard with a large gazebo, great for events, party's and gatherings. Plenty of parking, 3 TV's, WI-FI, wet bar, 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the den next to the fireplace!

Lovely home in nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants and especially Java Jacks coffee shop! Comfortable beds and well stocked with paper products and just about everything you might need. Always stay here when Nacogdoches.

Rented this for my family for a wedding reception that was downtown at The Old Tobacco Warehouse. Large house with big backyard. Owners were easy to communicate with. Safe neighborhood.

Henry and Sharon do a phenomenal job with their properties. This stay was my 1st at Hughes 2, but have stayed at the Hughes 1 property on two different occasions. Each stay was everything and more you want in a VRBO. Looking for to next time.

Comfortable home close to town
We spent one night in this comfortable home. Lots of charm and everything we needed. It is walking distance to the best part of Nac. Week days might be quieter neighborhood than staying Saturday night like we did. We would certainly stay again when we are in the area.
