“The place where it was located was very convenient”

The staff were unhelpful, and communication before and during our arrival was poor. The room we were shown was dirty, and the bedding appeared to be in poor condition. The pool looked more like a dam than a well-maintained swimming pool, with very little privacy around the area. We were also told that Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms. Reception was often……

“The check-in staff was rude and unclear, never explained facilities and never directed us to our room.”

“非常棒的地方！ 豐富的早餐，正常的水壓洗澡，但沒有吹風機要自備 鄰近超市、餐廳、酒吧、海灘，交通算方便可以步行到路口的true mart對面搭巴士前往市區 如果叫車要去機場或港口大概30斐濟幣”

“The Kids Club staff were amazing! Silo and Izzy were amazing, they are so friendly, attentive, and full of energy, they kept the kids entertained with fun and creative activities every day! Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍”

“niece resort on the Pacific (separated from the beach on y by a small local road with no traffic). Onsite restaurant is good for dinner and lunch (indian/Thai) Breakfast is okay but not great. Toast, fruits, cereal, eggs and sausages) we very much appreciated the flexible check out policies that allowed us to stay longer before catching our evening flight out of Nadi”
