Great value for your dollar! Stayed 2 nights and did the cruise out to Castaway Island. Don't waste your money on them big flash resorts, this place is all that you need! Super friendly staff , easy parking if you have a rental car and a great pool for a night time swim. I highly recommend this hotel🙂

It was nice and spacious. The only downfall was the wifi didn’t reach the rooms so I had to walk outside my room to use the wifi. Other than that the room was nice and clean, staff were lovely.

Unfortunately the website gives false advertising. There was no bar or restaurant at the facility, including no laundry services. In the room there was no microwave. The bed also contained bed bugs, so we had to spray the bed before sleeping in it. Some improvements must be before the rating is better at this facility.

Room 201 was spacious, clean and was pleasantly suprised with balcony outdoor sitting area. Staff were efficient in checking. In processes.overall a good stay , small improvements may include provision of towels and working aircon remote. Will definitely stay in future

The location is convenient for access to the airport as it is very close. However, it is quite far from places to eat. There are no standby taxis available, but the staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the room service was very poor. The towels were not ready, and we had to wait for several hours before receiving them. This affected our planned rest time, as we needed to freshen up and have a proper rest after our journey. We also had to wait for soap and other basic room amenities.
