New and clean room. I think it's better than the other hotels in the area. It's also very near the supermarket and the mall. Staff are courteous and service-oriented. The issue is that there is only one outlet for charging your devices. I had to use the outlets in the bathroom and the one used for the coffee maker. I will choose this hotel again, but this time, bring a power strip!

Having a mall as part of the building is very convenient for getting grocery items and other small things. Staff very helpful and friendly, front desk and especially the doormen.

Eevrything was awesome from checking in to my last day of stay. Everybody was welcoming and acxomodating. Just a suggestion to invest on providiing access to youtube and netflix, i believe it would attract more guests to stay at this hotel.

Overall a nice stay - sroom is nice & clean, staff is helpful and friendly; the bellmen in particular went out of their way to help with parking and umbrella duty. Breakfast is sometimes buffet, sometimes ala carte. On days when it's ala carte, you have to order ahead the previous day, but they don't tell you consistently. We showed up one day to find out it was ala carte, but the only indication (after the fact) was a missed call on our telephone with no message. We got breakfast only after making a fuss. On buffet days, the food was often cold, or there was nothing left in the serving stations (at 730am). For a restaurant, they don't seem to take much pride in the buffet offering. Last complaint has been construction noise, mostly pounding and drilling in cement - tolerable during the day, but inexcusable after 9pm. One night they only stopped after calls to the front desk at 11pm and again past midnight.

Staff are courteous but the rooms have issues first the AC had a leak we had to change rooms. The room we ended had rat in the attic running around at night which made it hard to sleep. I reported it to management

Nice hotel

Great hotel and comfortable stay..only complaint there was old food sitting outside my room for like 10 hours ..eventually housekeeping got it... but regardless i had an excellent stay
