“Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. “We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. “I love this chalet in good size, perfect fit for 6 people, however, if there is one more shower room, will be even better. Bedding, sofa, floor, toilet are all perfect clean。 👍👍👍”

“新しくとてもキレイで、環境も良く使いやすかったです。1階にダブルルームとツインルーム、2階にダブルルーム。シャワー、トイレも1階と2階の両方にあり便利でした。エアコンはないですが、扇風機と涼風機は各部屋にありました。キッチン用品も必要最低限はあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーポット等揃っていて、炊飯器もあったので助かりました。キッチンペーパー、ラップ、ホイル、食洗機と洗濯機の洗剤や、蚊取り線香、BBQセット等あって、気が利いてます！！ただ、和食器がなかったのが残念。ごはん茶碗とお碗がなかったことだけが不便でした。。。 それ以外は満点の素晴らしい施設です！”

“I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :)”
