In spite of hotel management awareness that, there is a water dropping in washroom exactly on latrine tub, they neglected and neither changed room nor gave any discount for adjusting with such horrible experience. No curtain for bath tub shower causing water spreading all around bath tub creating scary feeling of slipping in the washroom with elderly parents (82 and 76). After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.」
