"This place was a nice little hidden gem. If you play tennis, there were about 10-12 clay courts there. The pool was nice but a little too cold out. Nevertheless, my daughter and I still enjoyed the pool for a short amount of time. We only stayed one night as a stop on our way to the Amalfi coast, so we cant give a complete review of the facilities. The restaurant served excellent top notch cuisine. "I’m from the states and we stayed at this gorgeous hotel. And I have to say it was fantastic. Rooms. Staff. Food. It really is a special place. The staff went above and beyond. We went in October and the weather was perfect. I truly feel this hotel has a magical feel. The church bells ringing. The towns below. My husband is a mid west kind of man. He told me he would never forget Lake Garda and our Ley Fey resort. We are actually planning our next visit back to Le Fey and Lake Garda. To me they are now one 💕. "

"This is probably my favorite hotel in Italy. It’s close to the center with lots of shopping but on the other side of the hotel is a quiet spa like resort that overlooks the lake and mountains. The property grounds are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. There’s an adult pool, a family pool and an indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and helpful and someone is constantly cleaning the hotel areas. If staying here, I would recommend booking the Superior room at minimum since the are located in the main part of the hotel and are newer. If on a budget, there are cheaper rooms but they are older and in a different part of the hotel, also they don’t include breakfast or free access to SPA amenities. For families with younger kids, the bungalows seemed like a perfect choice. Oh traveling to this area, this hotel is a MUST! You will not be disappointed! "

" ⭐ One Star – A Hotel to Avoid at All Costs ⭐ I travelled from the UK and was deeply disappointed from the moment I arrived. There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. It’s a 30–40 minute walk into Torrevieja, mostly along a very dark, unlit coastal path that feels unsafe at night. There was nothing relaxing or enjoyable about this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later."
