Nothing but issues with sun reality.We arrived at 3:30 pm, check in was 4 pm. Cleaning crew showed up at 3:45 pm. At 6 pm we told cleaners to leave so we could get into our rental. Place was a mess. We had to clean ourselves. It cost us 180.00 in cleaning products. When i confronted sun reality about this they offered a 2 hour late check out.One would think they would at least refund the cleaning costs.Mattresses stank like urine along with urine stains on all the carpets. Ac barely cooled and had a very musty smell to it, when running.Over all i will never rent from sun reality again and would not recommend renting this home or any others thru sun reality
