“We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.”

“Hollyhock is a beautifully appointed cottage that sports a beach theme. In a word... charming. The unit was renovated in 2024 and it shows. A great place from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula and to just hang out with a good book or jigsaw puzzle. Across the bridge is Astoria... plenty to do there! We shall return to the Enchanted Cottages next time we're in that neck of the woods.”

“My husband, 2 dogs, and I enjoyed three nights in the Captain's Cottage. It was small, but enjoyable. The furniture wasn't the greatest, but we made do with what we had. Also, being unfamiliar with the area, the location is right on the main road which wasn't my favorite when I had to walk the dogs, but the side roads were quiet. If we return to the area, we'd probably try to get a different unit that had a little more space. The one we wanted wasn't available for the time we chose.”

“The house was AMAZING. The downstairs looked like it had been professionally interior decorated. The host was our neighbor and came to greet when we arrived. The location was perfect for us. And had lots of things included for their guests, comfortable beds, lots of books, games and lots stuff for us to use. The only problem was our truck was too big for the garage and the parking space was filled by our truck so not anybody’s fault but our own”
