Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. ...

Great hotel
hotel is great! staff is friendly and rooms are great. Just a thought that they should have a shuttle service to areas within 3km or something like that as most of the 5 stars hotel in the world have that when it is in a traffic inconvenience area
