Well located but rooms bare
No electricity when we landed past midnight. There was general black out so hotel not to be blamed but there was no fall back of any sort...
Wi fi signals irregular.
Bathroom lacks bucket and mug..toilet must have jet to clean up backside..
Cleanliness good but sanitary design and maintenance average. Breakfast average but service good. Front desk good. No telephone in room but tv reasonably good.

Vistades där en natt i avvaktan på transport till Uganda och en natt i avvaktan på safari. Hotellet var OK för en kort vistelse, personalen hjälpsam men läget stökigt med mycket tutande och skrikande på gatorna runt omkring. Inget jag rekommenderar för personer som är vana att sova i lugn och ro.

You get what you pay for....not a family place.
The location is very bad....I really felt it was not a safe area. The facility is shared with other businesses....very noisy area.
On the other hand, people are very friendly and willing to help.
I do not recommend the place if going with the family or your wife.

Some bugs in the room.
The location is not recommended for walking at night time.
We are vegan, we didn't have much to eat at breakfast, and they didn't try to help us.
The bed was big and nice

Very loud at night due to noise of bus station.
We just stayed for one night between our arrival to Kenya and the start of our safari but unfortunately we didn't sleep much that night due to the proximity (and noise) of the urban bus station. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Was afschuwelijk slecht hotel nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt enkele voorbeelden douchedeur stond kapot in badkamertje zodat men een douche nam het water tot onder de kamerdeur liep nergens kon men elektriciteit nemen om bvb te scheren of gsm.op te laden door 3punten contact geen aanpassingsadapters of zo ontbijt iedere dag hetzelfde soms geen brood nog boter of jam zelfs geen beleg zoals ham of kaas enkel indien geluk een ei op de fotos staat er is een restaurant was gewoon een kleine keuken met 3 tafels en wa stoelen geen buffet of zo en geen bar of lonche om te zitten onvriendelijke mensen er is zelfs één dag geweest van 9u id morgen tot 19u55 dat er niks was van electriciteit amaai wie daar nog wil naartoe gaan ik ni meer hoor best het hotel schrappen van jullie aanbod een dikke 0 kan nog.véél meer slechts vertellen.maar ik maak er.geen.woorden maar aan.vuil

Budget friendly
Great staff, very helpful when we needed food suggestions and taxis booked. Hotel in a noisy and busy area so earplugs needed and not safe to go out at night as its near a matatu stage. Breakfast was really good. WiFi was good.
