Initially staff were very pleasant and helpful. And the food depending on chef is very good. However I booked this hotel room for 6 days 5 nights. 2 days into the trip I decided to go to masai mara for a 2 night stay over. The hotel decided within this time to sell my reserved and paid room to another customer, even though I told the receptionist I'm coming back. Therefore double booking the room. Upon arrival they tried to put me into another room and pushed the matter aside. I found the staff to be deceitful in how they went about this.....i spoke to the HR, the assistant manager and the receptionist who all claimed that despite my room being booked for me from the 26th sep to the 1st oct and this was clear on the system, they were all 'confused' about what happened. And trying to run me around the Bush with claims that they can't refund me for my room for 2 days despite selling it to another person. On top of this they threw away some of my items when the housekeepers were cleaning the room for the other person and made it very difficult to retrieve these items, they therefore had to buy me my items back. I'm disappointed and I would not recommend this hotel. They are liars and steal peoples money.

The room was dirty, very loud all night, full of mosquitoes, the service was very bad and the food was not edible. I would not recommend this hotel for this price.

L’albergo si trova in un quartiere caotico del centro , trovare parcheggio è impossibile anche solo per scarico valigie . La camera da’ su un vicolo uso dormitorio per clochard che accendono falo’ notturni e chiacchierano serenamente tutta la notte . Le lenzuola , mal messe , non coprono il materasso . La colazione e’ scarsa e per lo più africana . Unica nota positiva la gentilezza squisita della segretaria della reception. Complessivamente allucinante .

Nice Hotel in City Centre

The hotel might not be in a super condition for European Standards but the location is great, the room (superior!!) comfy and the staff is more than nice and welcoming! They do anything to make you feel like Home. Thank you!!!

Nice hotel in the town centre

The facility is a nice and the staff are the best but you need to control the cockroaches. I noticed they were so many in my room which i did not like. Mosquitoes too

A real budget bargain in Nairobi

Hotel is kind of my home away from home now. I've been several times. Almost every room has at least one little "flaw" (light out, broken fixture, damaged furniture), but the effort to make one comfortable and welcome compensates! It's a great bargain for Nairobi, and I recommend it for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, basic place to stay.

No es el mejor de los hoteles pero relación calidad precio es inmejorable. Las duchas no tienen mucha presión pero comer o cenar es muy barato . Por último decir que está en el centro de Nairobi y llegar en transporte público o privado se hace bastante caótico
