Centra is a group of hotels around Thailand. It attached to a shopping centre therefore you have numerous options to eat and shop. Staff polite efficient. They had my reservation ready and I was on my way to the room within minutes

Spent two nights here while heading North. Easy to find and good central location. The front entrance is well presented and the staff woeking there most efficient and cordial. I felt the housekeeping standards were adequate and the room was a good size. The pillows were way too soft but the shower was excellent. The reason I give e a low scorw is the attitude of the staff in rhe restaurant and the roof top bar. I do not expect to see staff on their mobile phones when they are paid to wait on tables nor do I expect to have to take my own empty glasses and glass bottles back to the bar while @ the poolside area and order more drinks. To charge a 10% service charge is simply shameful as the service was non-existent.

Great property. Roof top pool and restaurant were awesome. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Staff were kind and beautiful!!! Great place to stay if you are going to Korat.
