"this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons. the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options. Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future."

"Check in took some time since it is a big property, but very organized, it took us about 30-45 minutes so have some patience. Friendly staff and clean room. Walking distance to many good restaurants and beach nearby. Definitely will recommend and stay here again."

"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak season."

"This property is situated in quiet and peaceful surrounding. Just 5km away from Railway station. Cabs are easily available and always dot on time. There are so many beautiful places around to visit. The staff was polite and always ready to help with smiling face, though language was a big problem but Google translater helped a lot to communicate with local people.For Foodies and caffe lovers it's a blessing. Minute detailing for the comfort of people is noteworthy."
