The house is great for a family of 4. Very clean and spacious. Quiet street and great location. The only negative would be the beds, they are all too hard like sleeping on concrete.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Beach Getaway, it was easy to book, the house was in a good location - a short walk to a quiet beach - and it was well presented and clean inside. Externally it was tired and needed some attention (shrubs needed trimming so accessing the driveway was easier). The driveway is not easy to access with large cars and trailers and for families with small children, playing outside was not really an option without shoes on due to bindis and lots of loose stones. There is NO phone reception, but wifi password was provided for wifi calling. Do not choose this location for a working getaway. But if you want a quiet retreat in a spacious and clean home, close to the beach this is the place for you. Best coffee is at Good Time Charlie's in Nambucca - service and coffee was outstanding. Wish I found it on day 1 of my holiday!

The location is perfect, not far from town and located in a quiet neighborhood. There is ample parking and the house is very comfortable.
