“This is an old, tired, and dusty place that hasn’t had any maintenance in many many years. The window coverings are old (dusty & horrible) and one of the blinds in the main bedroom was completely missing which provided full view from the street and all night flood lights shining in from the RSL car park. The washing machine drum sounded like it would lift off, the dishwasher came up with a fault and there is no good lighting in any room. There are little nagging signs posted all over the……

“We were very disappointed with our accommodation, as upon arrival we could see that it had not been cleaned properly, and that no maintenance had been carried out in a very long time. Everything was grubby, the mat in the living room was dirty, and there were long dark hairs all throughout the ensuite bathroom and shower. The taps in the ensuite were chipped and rusting, and the sink had mould in the plughole. In the kitchen, the oven was dirty and held greasy oven trays had needed washing, the……
