「Really unable to rate this stay as I found out the day before my booking that they had not received my booking even though it had been confirmed by Wotif when I booked 3 months ago. Left high and dry with nowhere to stay. Many apologies given and the promise of a full refund which I am still waiting for. 1st experience with Wotif, and will most probably be my last」
