"It is a typical "love hotel" but great reasonable access to bike trail. (Bike trail is about 5 miles away and is a bit difficult to get to but not too bad. "사장님이 챙겨주시는 웰컴간식부터 게스트를 챙겨주시는 세심함을 볼수있었습니다. 큰 장점으로는 개별 바베큐장이 넓습니다. 101호에 묶었는데 1층에 편안히 앉아서 쉴수 있는 공간이 있었으면 하는 아쉬움이 있었네요. ^^; 식탁과 의자두개가 놓여있긴한데 편히 쉴수있는 형태는 아니라 지내는 3일간 이 부분이 가장 아쉬웠습니다! 커뮤니케이션은 주로 카톡으로 이뤄지는데 답변을 굉장히 빨리 주십니다. 수술을 하셨다고 했는데 빠른 쾌유를 기원합니다 사장님! "

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."
